Letzte Woche ging es in unserem Blog darum, was Restaurants und Hotels tun, um ihn zu reduzieren (den Beitrag findet ihr <span style=\"color: #669933;\"><a style=\"color: #669933;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greenpearls.com\/blog\/de\/aus-dem-topf-in-die-tonne-food-waste-in-der-gastronomie\/\">hier<\/a><\/span>). Doch was passiert mit den Lebensmitteln, die trotzdem \u00fcbrig bleiben? Aus rund der H\u00e4lfte aller Essensreste wird hier Gas gewonnen, das zum Kochen genutzt wird; die Restprodukte Schlamm und Wasser werden als D\u00fcnger und zur Bew\u00e4sserung genutzt.
