Chili-Tamarinden-Sauce<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong> Die Tamarinden-Sauce in einem Topf auf kleiner Stufe erhitzen. <strong>2)<\/strong> Nun Palmzucker, Salz und Essig hinzuf\u00fcgen und k\u00f6cheln, bis die Sauce eindickt. <strong>3)<\/strong> Die Chilis l\u00e4ngs halbieren und ihre Kerne entfernen, anschlie\u00dfend zusammen mit dem Knoblauch in die Sauce geben und k\u00f6cheln bis sie weich werden.<strong> 4)<\/strong> Nachdem eure Sauce vollst\u00e4ndig abgek\u00fchlt ist, alles glatt p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Minz-Chutney<\/h3>\n<p>Alle Kr\u00e4uter, Gew\u00fcrze, den Pflanzenjoghurt und die Mango mit dem Wasser im Mixer gut durchmischen, bis das Chutney sch\u00f6n streichf\u00e4hig ist.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>3. Gem\u00fcse-Reispapier-Rollen<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong> Das Reispapier f\u00fcr 1-2 Minuten in lauwarmem Wasser einweichen. Immer ein Blatt nach dem anderen. <strong>2)<\/strong> Anschlie\u00dfend das Papier auf einem Tuch auslegen und leicht trocken tupfen. <strong>3)<\/strong> Nun verteilt ihr den Salat, die Minzbl\u00e4tter, die Pilze, Karotten- und Gurkenstreifen sowie die Yambohnen auf dem Reispapier und rollt es ein; dabei die Enden ordentlich nach innen falten.<strong> 4)<\/strong> Nun die Rollen in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden (f\u00fcr ca. 2-3 Bisse) und auf einem Teller platzieren.<\/p>\n<h3>4.
