Eating consciously belongs to the concept of many eco-friendly hotels, as well as local and seasonal food.<\/p>\n<p>Thereby, it is not only about questioning\u00a0where the food on your plate actually comes from, but also to eat consciously and delightfully.<\/p>\n<p>And because there is a little gourmet in each of us, we invited 35 interested people to our Green Kitchen Party to a culinary trip around the world with Green Pearls\u00ae.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5073\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5073\" style=\"width: 584px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5073\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greenpearls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_97941-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Green Pearls\u00ae Kitchen Party table\" width=\"584\" height=\"389\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5073\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">At a long table, guests ate, laughed and inspired each other.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>A worldwide trip with Green Pearls\u00ae ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>For the evening, 11 very special ingredients got onto our plates: every participating hotel contributed one popular ingredient of their hotel and country for the evening, which resulted in an enchanting, conscious menu.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5074\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5074\" style=\"width: 395px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5074\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greenpearls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_99531-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Green Pearls\u00ae Kitchen Party drink\" width=\"395\" height=\"592\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5074\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">A mixture of fresh pineapple, coconut and mint result in a shake by Pu from The Tongsai Bay.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Together with the famous KOUNGE in Munich, we began our trip together with a Coconut-Pineapple-Mint shake from The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenpearls.com\/hotels\/asia\/thailand\/the-tongsai-bay\" target=\"_blank\">Tongsai Bay<\/a>. In the Thai resort on Koh Samui, every morning begins with a smile: by Pu, the juice expert with an own fruit station. As rejuvenating\u00a0as her juices, her mood is infectious and shows, how warmth is an important part in the resort.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5075\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5075\" style=\"width: 593px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5075\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greenpearls.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_98821-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Green Pearls\u00ae Kitchen Party finger food\" width=\"593\" height=\"395\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5075\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Delicious finger food by Hotel HUBERTUS and Nature Resort Schindelbruch.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In order to strengthen us for the next step, honey-rosemary ham and rye-beer bread from the own bakery at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenpearls.com\/hotels\/europe\/germany\/naturresort-schindelbruch\" target=\"_blank\">Naturresort Schindelbruch<\/a>\u00a0in the Harz was served, together with different toppings, such as an Ayurvedic herb paste from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenpearls.com\/hotels\/europe\/germany\/hotel-hubertus\" target=\"_blank\">Hotel HUBERTUS<\/a> in Balderschwang. Because cooking together connects and really makes you hungry! (finger-shaped potato dumplings)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The main role of the third course was brought to us by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenpearls.com\/hotels\/europe\/germany\/best-western-berghotel-rehlegg\" target=\"_blank\">Berghotel Rehlegg<\/a>\u00a0from Berchtesgaden: their game ragout from species-appropriate and farming was served with Curcuma-chervil &#8220;Schupfnudeln&#8221;
