New Opening: Plant-Based Fine Dining Restaurant OMNIA opens in South Tyrol on December 16
Greek chef Aggeliki Charami is a rising star in the vegan culinary scene. She is known for her fine dining creations of plant-based cuisine, using (almost) exclusively unprocessed and regional ingredients. Starting in December, guests on the Seiser Alm can look forward to fine dining from the renowned chef. With a special menu, unique flavors, and an exclusive ambiance, the new OMNIA Plant-Based Restaurant offers all (vegan) gourmets a culinary experience in a class of its own.
Plant-Based Fine Dining Experience on the Alpe di Siusi
The OMNIA Plant-Based Restaurant will open on the Seiser Alm in South Tyrol on December 16, 2024. It is located right next to the Paradiso Pure.Living Vegan Hotel, for which Charami revised the culinary concept in March 2024. The vegan hotel's second restaurant was not designed as a hotel restaurant but as a restaurant for external guests.
6 Tables and 9 Courses
Reservations are essential to ensure a table, as OMNIA has only six tables for an exclusive atmosphere in the breathtaking setting of the Dolomites at over 2,000 meters.
Executive Chef Aggeliki Charami has created a unique menu for OMNIA with nine creative courses. 100% plant-based, surprising, and delicious, it showcases the range of plant-based cuisine. Classic was yesterday, now it's time for a taste of tomorrow.
OMNIA is not just a restaurant, it is a culinary experience. The future of sustainable and ethical gastronomy in Italy is being redefined here.
