“Salt & Forest” at the Klosterhof
The Berchtesgadener Land region, which surrounds the Klosterhof – Alpine Hideaway & Spa, is defined by salt and forest, and these are the focus of this autumn package. During the salt ceremony, which features floating in the Alpen SoleDom and a salt scrub, the focus is on the region’s “white gold”. After that, you can take a deep breath on a guided forest walk to the “Herzstein” energy spot. The package includes three nights’ accommodation with breakfast, a lunch bowl, and a dinner menu, as well as access to the Artemacur Spa and participation in the activity program.

Barbara has lived in Paris for over 35 years and runs the sustainable Green Spirit Hotel Group, which comprises two hotels in Paris, alongside her husband Tomislav. For the two of them, climate protection and environmental awareness have been important topics for years, both privately and for their business activities. Change starts with themselves, because only then can you make a difference as part of a larger whole, they said, describing their philosophy.
With their concept, the two hotel owners also want to give their guests inspiration and ideas for home.

How does a traditional hotel become a vegan pioneer, Alexander and Maximilian Spögler?
It is no surprise that we met Alexander and Maximilian Spögler at the hotel. “We are both here almost every day – for the team, for the guests,” explains Alexander Spögler. The brothers run the Paradiso Pure.Living Vegan Hotel together. Located on the Alpe di Siusi, Europe’s largest high plateau in the middle of the Dolomites, the hotel has been completely vegan since 2024. However, getting there was anything but easy.
