Why You Don’t Book With Us

We are not a booking platform. So, instead of operating another booking engine, we prefer to share the stories of our partners and showcase their sustainable measures and projects. Once you’ve decided on your next favorite place to stay, you book directly with them. No stopovers, no middlemen, no commissions.

Why do we do it this way? Because we believe direct bookings are the fairest option. Plus, this ensures that your money actually goes where it makes a difference: to accommodations that are taking concrete steps to support the environment, local communities, and their region.

Hoteliers Up Close

Two smiling people are sitting at a table, each holding a glass of red wine; they are the owners of Rocche di Montexelo in Piedmont

Irene and Roberto Biancotti

«Rocche di Montexelo was born from a clear vision: to create a peaceful and authentic place where comfort, privacy and nature coexist in harmony.»

For Irene and Roberto, hospitality means helping people connect with their homeland and providing a place of peace and quiet. With Rocche di Montexelo, they’ve made this dream a reality in the Roero region of Piedmont. They’ve kept the property small and intimate, and they have a close connection with their guests. Their bond with the region informs the philosophy behind running the four apartments and small spa. It’s also the reason behind their respectful approach to nature and resources, something that comes naturally to them. Rather than thinking bigger, Irene and Roberto prioritize personal connections and taking time for the little things. For them, the guest is always the focus.

Paradiso – Spögler

How does a traditional hotel become a vegan pioneer, Alexander and Maximilian Spögler?

It is no surprise that we met Alexander and Maximilian Spögler at the hotel. “We are both here almost every day – for the team, for the guests,” explains Alexander Spögler. The brothers run the Paradiso Pure.Living Vegan Hotel together. Located on the Alpe di Siusi, Europe’s largest high plateau in the middle of the Dolomites, the hotel has been completely vegan since 2024. However, getting there was anything but easy.
