APIPURA hotel rinner as the first hotel awarded with "Bio-Fair-South Tyrol

The Rinner family proudly presents the new Bio-Fair-South Tyrol plaque. They are the first to be allowed to adorn themselves with it and thus show that almost exclusively regional organic ingredients or fair trade products are used on their plates.

The Bio-Fair-Südtirol seal is controlled by the independent control body Abcert. At least once a year an announced or unannounced control is carried out on site, it is said. The aim is to create a credible and trustworthy seal for the guests of the sustainable destination.
