OLM Nature Escape wins first Alps Future Award

The OLM Nature Escape in South Tyrol’s Ahrntal Valley received the first Alps Future Award in the tourism category. The award recognizes projects that contribute positively to the development of the Alpine region with forward-thinking ideas. The award was presented during the third Alpine Climate Summit. A total of 75 projects from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and South Tyrol were submitted.

The jury was impressed by OLM Nature Escape’s concept, which focuses on renewable energy and well-thought-out hotel operations. More details can be found on the hotel’s Green Pearls® page. The Alps Future Award is presented by the Lebensraum Tirol Group in collaboration with the Alpine tourism network AlpNet and is supported by MCI Tourism.
