4 Hands culinary event at OLM Nature Escape
On June 12th, the 4 Hands Dinner with star chef Theodor Falser (pictured right) took place at the OLM Nature Escape in South Tyrol. He developed the extraordinary culinary concept of the sustainable aparthotel. Here you can find out what the dinner consisted of. A repeat is already planned.
First 4 Hands Dinner celebrates opening
After years of planning, OLM Nature Escape opened in December 2023 as the first energy-autonomous aparthotel in the Alps. Right from the start, it set new standards in the sustainable travel industry. The South Tyrolean accommodation is now in its first summer and is celebrating with a culinary series.
OLM chef Berni Aichner and star chef Theodor Falser stood together at the stove on June 12th and offered the following 5-course menu:
- Tartar of red tuna (with wild garlic and chanterelles)
- Char (with buckwheat miso, kohlrabi and chive oil)
- Beetroot risotto
- Veal Cheeks (with potato and wasabi cream, watercress, burrata and roasted lemon powder)
- Marinated strawberries (with balsamic ice cream, yogurt foam and oatmeal crumble)
The next 4 Hands Dinner is scheduled for September 17th 2024 and is now open for reservations.
