Gastronomic Tour on the Ritten | Featuring Manfred Rinner
This summer offers foodies and culinary enthusiasts a unique opportunity. Created in collaboration with four restaurateurs, the Ritten Tourist Office, and numerous other regional partners, the Gastronomic Tour promises an unforgettable experience.
Guests can look forward to riding in the historic Art Nouveau carriage of the Ritten Narrow-Gauge Railway. At each of the five stops, a different restaurateur will serve a course. The exact menu is a surprise. One thing is certain, however: the region will take center stage.
Route and itinerary at a glance:
- Start around 7:00 PM at the Oberbozen station with an aperitif and snacks
- At the Maria Himmelfahrt station: the soup
- At the Oberbozen stop: the appetizer
- At Lichtenstern Station: the main course as the highlight
- At the stop in Klobenstein: a “heavenly” dessert
- The event concludes around midnight back at the Oberbozen train station with a “farewell schnapps”
Among the participating restaurateurs is junior chef and head chef Manfred Rinner from the Green Pearls® partner hotel, the APIPURA Hotel Rinner. Guests can look forward to regional organic products and delicious honey-based delicacies in his course, knowing him as we do.
