OLM Nature Escape and Michaela Frank invite you to a culinary pop-up in South Tyrol.
From October 19 to 30, 2026, OLM Nature Escape will feature a guest chef to enhance its culinary offerings. Michaela Frank will work alongside Berni Aichner and the kitchen crew of the Green Pearls® partner. Under the motto "Where Alpine Roots Meet Asian Soul," they are developing a gastronomic program designed specifically for this period.
Frank made a name for herself early in the Swiss culinary scene. At age 25, she received 14 points from GaultMillau, becoming the youngest chef in the country to receive this rating. She combines influences from Switzerland with those of her Chinese family heritage in her cooking. She draws on Asian flavors and techniques while working with locally sourced ingredients.
South Tyrol therefore serves as the starting point for her guest appearance at OLM. Frank and Aichner aim to reinterpret regional products by combining elements of Alpine cuisine with Asian-inspired cooking methods. Guests can experience the results during the pop-up from October 19 to 30, 2026.
