Three Awards for OMNIA plant-based restaurant in the Dolomites

OMNIA, a plant-based restaurant, and its executive chef, Aggeliki Charami, have once again been honored. This time, the Greek celebrity chef and the fine-dining restaurant attached to the Paradiso Pure.Living Vegan Hotel were honored. Living on the Seiser Alm received three culinary accolades: a mention in the Identità Golose–Guida Ristoranti 2026, 17 out of 20 points in Gault & Millau, and a ranking among the top 50 chefs in South Tyrol in the Schlemmer Atlas.

OMNIA is part of the Paradiso Pure Living Vegan Hotel and offers an intimate fine dining experience with a multi-course menu that combines plant-based cuisine with experimental techniques and seasonal ingredients. The new season begins on June 14, 2026.
