First, the renowned Schlemmer Atlas named her one of the “Top 50 Chefs in South Tyrol 2025.” The Schlemmer Atlas is one of the most well-known German-language gourmet guides, and it evaluates outstanding restaurants and top chefs throughout the German-speaking world every year. She received the award at the Alles für den Gast gastronomy fair in Salzburg, marking a milestone for plant-based fine dining in the Dolomites.

Additionally, the OMNIA Plant-Based restaurant at Paradiso Pure.Living received a top rating of 17 out of 20 points in the 2025 Gault&Millau Guide. The restaurant testers are impressed:

“ We have to express our amazement. OMNIA is part of the Paradiso Pure.Living vegan hotel, and anyone who thinks "vegan, please leave!" is seriously mistaken. What Chef Aggeliki Charami serves here is world-class.“

The Paradiso Pure.Living Vegan Hotel is a long-standing Green Pearls® partner that stands for sustainable luxury and the highest standard of plant-based cuisine. In an interview, the hotel's founders, two brothers, talk about how they brought Aggeliki Charami from Greece to Alpe di Siusi.

In addition to her work at the hotel and restaurant, Charami is responsible for the culinary management of Green Pearls® partner LA VIMEA in Naturns, another establishment that offers creative plant-based cuisine and sustainable dining experiences.
